Loved this place. Stayed for 4 nights. Breakfast was great. The staff was attentive. The area is a great place to explore. And the hotel maids were extremely hard working. I love how they always kept my room tidy even when I didn’t ask them. I hope this staff gets a raise for their hard work!

Decent room, comfy bed, good location, front desk was really nice. Rooms could use a lil work but they were clean, wish they would have put more towels in my room especially washcloths and hand towels. A lot of wear and tear on stuff in the room just normally so but especially in the room to my door had a big gap around it which I didn't really like and let a lot of sound in from the outside hallway but luckily at night while resting it was quiet anyway. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Water pressure was amazing hot water. Breakfast was decent. I felt safe. Good location a fair room for the price. I would stay here again wouldn't be my first choice but I definitely would recommend. This is my first time staying here and I would definitely return I spent two nights with no issues.

Parking is a nightmare on the weekends. Recommend being back before dinner time on those nights, especially if you have a wheelchair user in your party. Elevators work but felt very sketchy and if you try to go to 5th floor the main elevator will stop on 4th every time whether you are going up or down. Housekeeping was very good. Breakfast was alright but the lady servicing the breakfast area felt very unwelcoming. They put out six cookies in the Lobby around 11am everyday. Probably more ideal for a one night traveling through BWI stay instead a week like we had to

We had a collective of issue that I'm sure the hotel staff is aware of so no point complaining. The AC is minimal and shuts off repeatedly before reaching temp (fun fact: it never reached temp), the bathroom door doesn't close all the way, our room shares a wall with the elevator so we had to hear it run continuously. Way 5 stars? The staff. The people working at this hotel were meant for hospitality. Seriously. From the young ladies turning over rooms, setting up breakfast or those at the front desk. We had such positive interactions with every staff member we interacted with. They were kind, knowledgeable and experienced. We were here 5 days. Every day was a positive experience with the staff.
