*Pictures don't match room* Checked in at night lobby smelt like weed. Told to park on the street overnight. Pubic hair all over the bathroom. Room was not clean, beds were poorly made. One bed didn't even have a blanket, I just used the top sheet since I sleep hot anyway. Room is loud past midnight. Will not be staying here again, would not recommend.

Corridors, rooms. Carpets filthy. Exude a strong smell of weed n cigarettes . Rooms have extremely strong filthy mold like smell, front desk hardly helpful- except for DC. Very limited and inconvenient parking. They charge $20 per night for parking! Room- Easier to park in the public parking on the street on back side, AC worked erratically , elevator worked until the fourth floor, for the rest, climb stairs w your bags! Felt very unsafe. Tiny bugs flying around in the room. I’d 100 % avoid this nasty place. Only good thing is its location.

Very nice staff. There was an issue with them accepting my credit card. The clerk told me where the nearest ATM was located. I was able to keep my reservation. Very clean hotel. Wish we were here a little longer. Definitely will come back.

Heartfelt thanks to Tad and Malia on reception, and to the cleaning crew for doing everything to make ours the best possible visit in a visibly challenging situation. This is not a aupportive environment if you are immuno-compromised. The rooms and amenities did not match the photos or the description. None of the rooms have a microwave, the only microwave is in the downstairs lobby. There is no indoor pool, just one outdoor pool which is out of service and has been for a very long time. The non-smoking room smelled badly of smoke. The bedding was clean but stained all over, the walls and carpet were stained, the hallway smelled of stale urine, the TV switched on but didn't work, and there were someone else's long hairs in the bed. Despite paying for parking, we had to park on the street, as the small parking lot was full. The staff are working hard for everyone in a well nigh impossible situation. We checked out early and cancelled our other, upcoming reservation for this hotel.
