Roaches, dirty sheets, dirty carpet. Water damage to ceilings that was painted over. We did not stay long enough to find out anymore. Still pending refund of $300. I miss the days of finding a hotel with an open room and trusting that there are no bed bugs, roaches, fleas or any other filthy things left over. We slept in our car for 3 days because we can't trust that a place is cleaned properly.

Came here for a chess tournament and had an enjoyable experience. Service was pleasant, and the meeting rooms were nice. The rooms were clean, and about average for a four-star hotel. Overall, a very nice hotel, and I would come again.

This review is for the guy who works at the front desk William. William couldn’t be more impatient, disrespectful and unprofessional. After checking in, I went up to my room and found out the room door cannot be opened. So I went downstairs and let William to reset my keys. He was so condescending and impatient and he was questioning me if I tried both keys. His tone was like I would be stupid enough to know how to use a room key. Then I went up to my room again and only found out the door still couldn’t be opened. So I called the front desk and William picked up the phone. He told me to come down again and reset the key again. I told him no then he asked me for my room number. Before I could say anything else, he hung up on me. So I called back and ask what was he gonna do. He told me he sent a technician over to my room. When I asked him about the ETA for the technician, he simply told me he didn’t know what’s an ETA. Then the technician came and told me the door is actually not working and it needed to be replaced. So I went downstairs for the second time to get a different room. William was more impatient and rude this time. Without any apologize for the inconvenience, he questioned me why I keep coming down to bother him. I told him I didn’t like his attitude and he said “I don’t work for you”and threw the key at me! Such behavior was not acceptable. I couldn’t believe Hilton would actually hire someone like this.

Absolutely horrible experience. The air conditioner made 6 loud ticking noises every 10 seconds — nonstop, all night long. It was like torture. When I called the front desk for help, Allen couldn’t care less. No apology, no solution, nothing. Just a lazy, useless response: “We’ll fix it tomorrow.” Are you kidding me? I’m here tonight. This is basic comfort and customer service, and they completely failed. The attitude was dismissive and arrogant. Never staying here again. Don’t waste your money.
