Comfort Zone Heating and Air Conditioning

Comfort zone’s team came in to remove an old oil furnace, oil talk, water tank and AC unit. We have an in floor heat system. They replaced our system with a heat pump, propane furnace back up, and on demand hot water. Josh H quoted to job and easily managed the rebate submission. Chris G, Jeremy, Sarah and Scott were all a pleasure to work with and managed all the work in a timely way. The office staff were fast and easy to work with too. Highly recommend.

Jim and Hakim dropped by to check my furnace. Quickly identified issue and offered options. Knowledgable and friendly Josh came by the next day to discuss replacement. Provided good info and resonablybpriced options. On Monday Courtney and Joe installed a new furnace. They were efficient, took care to not bump walls and doors; answered my numerous question. They kept the work area tidy. The completed the work in a timely manner. Comfort Zone staff and techs have provided a good experience.

We moved into our new home this year and had no idea what an “HRV” was or how it worked. We called Comfort Zone and arranged for a service. Brad was our serviceman, and when he arrived he took the time to explain what an HRV was, what it did and how it worked and then completed a full service, for which we are very happy.
