Their acquisition of respectable companies clients during COVID was executed in one of the most reprehensible and unprincipled manners imaginable, illustrating how they have built their business on a foundation of dishonourable conduct. Not only do they exhibit a pattern of mistreatment towards their tenants, but when representing property owners, they also engage in disparaging and derogatory commentary about the owners themselves. This behaviour is intended to intimidate tenants and discourage them from reaching out to the property owners. The examples of such unprofessional conduct that I have encountered are, in fact, quite egregious.
