I recently had a disappointing experience with Moe, a real estate agent who initially reached out to me after I inquired about finding someone to help us look for a new home. I emailed him on Thursday, March 27, asking if he would be available that Sunday, but I never received a reply, so we assumed he was unavailable and moved on. What followed was a series of increasingly insistent phone calls from an unknown number. I didn’t recognize it, so I didn’t answer. The calls would go to voicemail and then immediately ring again. I also began receiving vague, one-word text messages, just my first name, with no context or introduction. Today, Moe texted my first name along with part of my last name. No professional voicemail was left, and no clear explanation was given via text, which made the communication feel intrusive and unsettling. When I finally answered one of the calls today and learned it was Moe, I expressed how the nature of his messages had made me feel genuinely uncomfortable. Rather than acknowledging my concerns or offering a simple apology, Moe became defensive and insisted there was nothing wrong with his approach. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling uneasy about working with Moe. He did not reflect the professionalism or approach described in the positive reviews I had read, which is why I felt it was important to share my experience and caution others. Professionalism, clarity, and respectful communication are critical when building trust with clients, and this interaction missed the mark.

Moe got you covered. Excellent to work with and is available 24- 7. He is truly excellent at what he does.
