The Tufts Dental Team were exceptionally great with The Special Needs People. The DR's my Son had, were, Dr Kurn, Dr Lima, DR Dragg, ,The Hygienist team also was really great with their Patient's. The Office workers are right on key N Attentive n fast to getting patients checked in n with paper work.

My two SN adults have been going to Tufts dental for about 20 years! The hygienists are all super sweet! Never had any problems until the past year when my daughter had open-heart surgery. The hospital needed clearance to go ahead and Dr. Dragg never responded! The hygienist had to clear her. The receptionist is very rude to me when I go in. Today,I called to cancel for personal reasons. She asked WHY? I said it was personal, so she said I will put this down as no reason!! She also Stopped calling us for reminders! I have to call them. All because of 1 mix-up and I was early! I don't want to do business with them anymore...

Suppose to cater to people with disabilities, they request annual paperwork before you can schedule get an appointment. I have faxed and mailed these people everything they have asked for multiple times and they never can find the files so that I may scheduled my sons an appointment. Dissappinted to the max.
