I have nothing but praise for the team at Senior Insights and the care they provided my Dad during his final weeks. We called Cameron on a Monday morning and intake nurse Vera was able to meet with us and put round-the-clock care in place by that evening. From these first interactions, we were met with not only professionalism but with incredible warmth, compassion, and understanding. The caregivers attentiveness to Dad's comfort and dignity was evident in every interaction, and they ensured he was as pain-free as possible. Thanks to their compassionate care, we were able to focus on spending quality time with our father. They made an incredibly difficult time much more bearable for our family, and we will forever be thankful for their presence in our lives.

It is difficult to fully express the excellence demonstrated by Cameron Oglesby and the entire staff at Senior Insights in the care given to my Mother-in-law. Faced with an end-of-life illness, Cameron responded quickly to our call looking for 24 hour/7 days a week help. She came to the house to assess the situation, and spoke to us with compassion, kindness and confidence. After the initial meeting, I felt my MIL would be cared for as she deserved. Cameron or one of her staff met every new caregiver who came to the house and thoroughly discussed needs and clear expectations with each professional. I was continually touched by everyone involved with Senior Insights, that they would first say hello and visit with and introduce themselves to my MIL, even though she was unable to communicate well. They showed her such kindness and respect. Their compassion and professionalism was evident from the very beginning and never wavered through the time we worked together. Cameron was always available for consulting-and I mean ALWAYS. She even said if there was an issue with a slot not staffed, that she herself would come to care for my MIL. That never happened because Cameron hired the most excellent and loving caregivers. They showed the utmost professionalism always. That connection was invaluable to our family as we journeyed down a very unfamiliar road, with great sadness and trepidation. I will forever be grateful for the outstanding experience we had with Senior Insights and our family will forever be appreciative of them. I HIGHLY recommend hiring Cameron and her amazing staff should you need excellent care.

She helped him with all safety concerns and assisted him along with hospital staff to advance toward discharge. The experience was like having extra family to help.
