Was told over the phone to come in at 9-12 for walk in. Came in around 10:30 and then was told that it wouldn’t be until 12 ok no problem. Did my paperwork and the gentleman at the desk told it was going to be at 1 now. I’m a little irritated by this but ok. There was only me and another person that came in shortly after me as a walk in. But they let that guy go in first! And they keep telling that they’re on lunch but keep letting other patients in before me. Very poor communication here. Seriously would not recommend coming here.

I’ve never had a problem until today. Dr.Liu was very unprofessional. I was nervous getting my tooth pulled out and instead of him being comforting, he basically skips right to oh I’m not comfortable doing it. Like, you’re a dentist I’m sure you work with kids all the time and part of working with kids is to help them feel comfortable so I’m sure you can show the same compassion to myself( an adult female) He’s rude, I’m not too confident he can even do his job, from the start he seem like he didn’t want to do it. Try to avoid Ms. Liu if possible.

The facility is clean and organized, staff are friendly. Their uniforms and personal appearance need a little improvement as far as clothes being cleaned and pressed. Hair should be combed and well groomed.

Horrible! Horrible! There is a lack of communication. The hours are not what are posted. The after hours number is no help, as far as they know the hours are the hours listed on Google. Got here at 715a.m was turned away said they had no openings and I was told to come before 11am and maybe I will get in sometime in the afternoon. I have a tooth infection and in extreme pain . This should establishment should be renamed because they are clearly not for the community.
