I have been a member of Community Savings Credit Union since Dec. 2024. I switched all of my banking to them during a strike situation at work because they were willing to help me out when my other financial institution I had been with for years prior wouldn’t. It was the best decision I ever made! They offer personalized, and friendly service and make you feel important as a member. When I went there to open an account, I was personally greeted, and welcomed by the branch manager Anjali who sat down to have a chat and get to know me which was a very kind gesture. I have had the pleasure of working with Reita and Ankush as well. Reita and Ankush are very knowledgeable and helpful. When I visited the branch to open an account for my daughter, Ankush also surprised her with a treat. The service and staff are amazing here, and I highly recommend this branch!
