Complete Automotive South

Complete Automotive has been my go to for all auto repair needs for seven years. I trust them completely and they always take great care of my vehicles. Carl and Maureen are great people and their team is always customer-focused. Try them out if you haven’t already!

I used Complete Automotive for a fairly large list of repairs for my truck. They are professional, have fairly quick turnaround times and good invoicing software that’s easy to interact with. For me the four star review is due to the pricing. The initial repair job seemed pretty high to me, but I went ahead with it. After a few months I came back to get an issue checked out on the same truck, and even though they couldn’t find a problem, they charged $180 simply to check it out. I understand they need to charge something for their time, but this price, for a previous customer seemed much too high.

I needed a state inspection to renew my plates on my truck. Complete Automotive South was able to get me in for an appointment next-day. They got me in and out quickly, gave me my inspection paperwork I needed to renew the plates, and helped me identify a brake issue that may need to be addressed soon. Absolutely no issues. Their waiting area was clean and well-stocked with snacks. I was able to sit and work quietly on my computer while I waited. Would happily go back.
