I have childhood trauma from the dentist! it's extremely uncomfortable and hard for me to make myself go. I'm so grateful that I found Dr. Norden and Vibe Dental of Huntsville! Everyone in that office was absolutely amazing and helped me feel so welcome and so comfortable! My experience was great right from the start of making my appointment! The lady who made my appointment over the phone was so sweet and polite and she got me in the very next day! I don't have any insurance so I'm self pay, they have accommodated and helped me every step of the way! Everything I've had done has been more affordable than anywhere else I've tried! Thank you so much Vibe Dental I appreciate y'all more than you will ever know!

I have a HUGE Phobia of the dentist. Even teeth cleanings put me on edge. This was all to do to a bad experience as a kid (at a different clinic).The couple years I have been going to Vibe, I have had the best experiences and they do everything to make it as comfortable for me as possible. They put me more and more at ease with every visit. The staff and doctors are fantastic and super nice. As an adult i felt foolish for being scared of going to the dentist, but they do not judge at all and went above and beyond to make everything a pleasent experience. Thank you so much to everyone at Vibe Dental. I highly recommend them! You guys are awesome!

I wouldn’t even give one star. I used to really like this office when Dr. Coln was there. She was wonderful and professional. Unfortunately, since she left, things have gone downhill fast. The way they are running the office now is very unprofessional. They are now trying to bill me for old visits that I KNOW I already paid for, claiming my insurance didn’t cover everything. When I explained that I had already paid for all of my visits, I was met with “we are sending this bill to collections”. From talking with others, it seems I’m not the only one experiencing these problems. It’s really disappointing to see how much this office has changed. What used to feel like a trustworthy dental practice now feels like a nightmare of billing issues and poor patient care. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

These guys are great. I had a lot of anxiety about going in for 3 root canals and an extraction due to some previous bad experiences at other dental practices. I was shocked how quickly they were able to finish everything, and loved especially that the dentist doing the procedure was only dealing with one patient (me) at a time. Thanks guys, I really appreciate it.
