Derek came to my residence to install a new spring and cables on my existing garage door. I don’t know how long he has worked for your company, but this young man is a keeper!!! The garage door he worked on is over 30 years old, he was very honest and up front with me about the condition of the door and all the parts aging and especially rusting. He spoke to me with respect and knowledge about his job. Very professional, worked very timely, and was all around a super guy to deal with, very personable. I would definitely recommend your company, and more specifically Derek in that recommendation because he was just AWESOME!!

We had a couple issues over the last several years with our 30 year old garage door/opener. We called Complete Garage Door both times. They have been prompt and yes, ON TIME , every time they have been out. Their technicians are polite, efficient, and always ask if we have any questions. Their service rates are reasonable as well! Great experience! Derek and Trent came to check out my (very old!) garage door that wouldn’t open.
