Had a faulty fill valve in my toilet, which was overfilling and vibrating due to pressure. Called a few plumbers who either quoted high prices or unavailable during the weekend. But, John and Todd straight up came after a job and replaced the valve in less than 15 minutes, and within reasonable quote. Extremely happy and would definitely recommend.
What can I say - I think the pictures speak for themselves! After weeks of trawling through bathroom fitters and either being let down, or quoted obscene prices, I found - especially as a female looking for a tradesman - John was a breath of fresh air! John, and a member of his workforce Todd, were highly professional and reliable throughout. I needed an urgent turnaround for this project, and John went above and beyond to make it happen! He was able to take my rough plan, and advise on technical issues and aesthetics without being condescending. John is highly skilled and knowledgeable about what you will need. The quote was fairly priced, with no “hidden” costs, and he ran to an exact time scale. He was communicative about the whole process, and kept me updated with the work being completed each day. I was particularly impressed with the care John took to clean up after the project. John also took the initiative to fix some other plumbing issues throughout the house, which I had not noticed myself. I was clearly invoiced throughout, with an official receipt following completion of the work. I have already contracted John’s company for further work, which again he has kindly fitted in - as customer care is a priority for his company. Can not recommend highly enough! Many thanks
