Highly recommend. Professional and friendly with fair pricing. During the cold snap our boiler broke down and we were left without heating and hot water. John came out quickly and diagnosed the issue, he was patient with our many questions and explained all of our options. We decided on a boiler replacement which we are grateful that he was caring and able to move a couple of things around to fit it in. John and his team (Emma-Lee & Todd) worked tirelessly for 2 days to fit the new boiler, replace thermostatic radiator valves, power flush the system and fit a condensate pipe (with the dogs trying to help!). John provided clear and fair pricing with no hidden costs, we are delighted with their work so huge thanks to John, Emma-Lee and Todd. We'll see you in a year for an annual boiler service! ☺️

John came out to me on a Tuesday to diagnose an issue with my boiler. He came out the same day I called which was extremely quick. By Friday he had the parts in and came straight round to carry out the fix. I now have hot water again and the issue is resolved. Good honest bloke and a really good price considering how fast he acted on my situation.
