I found Dan by searching for the nearest PC repairer/upgrader in my area as I believe in supporting local businesses. We discussed my 10 year old laptops specs and problems. He agreed he would be able to help me upgrade and explained in full owhat would be required and the cost. My laptop is in very good condition and has a 15 1/2" screen, DVD rewriter and SD card reader which is no longer common on modern laptops. I was keen to keep the existing functions and features. My laptop was taking 10-15 minutes just to boot up, and login was adding to this. Accessing any programs i.e. email etc was very slow and frustrating. Dan is very knowledgable and provided realistic and achievable solutions to my requirements. We agreed the proposed updates required and estimated cost. True to his word, all updates and hardware improvements were done in a very timely manner and to the agreed cost and saved me having to purchase a new laptop. I now have a laptop that performs as well as new without any issues and am very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Dan Tech Repairs and his great value for money!
