Calum MacintoshCame in to get a laptop screen repaired, paid £300. 2 days later a thin crack appeared in the center of the screen, as pictured. Called up and they said to bring it back it. When we brought it back it they said there was nothing they could do and it was caused by an impact. The guy was quite rude, almost laughing at us, acting like we were lying and really we had just broken the laptop. I fully appreciate people probably come in and make up stories all the time. But we weren't. I would have understood if he had said look guys I'm really sorry this has happend but without a warranty there is nothing we can do. But being treated like we were liars really hurt. You would hope a small business would have most faith in people being honest, but no. I'm sure for most people they run a good service. But once they have your money expect nothing if anything goes wrong. Edit: so dissapointed with the owner response . It's like you didn't read the post, it was Not accidental damage that caused this, it was a error on you guys end. For any would be customers I feel like this response tells you all you need to know.
