Bought a new home from Concept Builders back in 2000. There were several issues that were required to be done per the real estate contract but once Concept Builders had our money, they were done with us. After numerous attempts to get the repairs done, the owner sent the receptions over with a caulk gun and a rag telling her to finish any repairs. Obviously that didn’t go well. Then after getting a lawyer, we found out the owner had filed bankruptcy multiple times, failing to repair homes they built then we were told the owner has passed away. But here is the company still running years later. Be very careful with these tricky people
