The Mill at Woodcreek by Stanley Martin Homes

The property was absolutely beautiful... the home itself was very spacious and very clean the walls were gorgeous the floors were absolutely awesome. We saw it from the day they started up until the day they finished we would recommend this property to anybody that was serious about living in tranquility and peace

Don’t buy here unless you want a fight, my parent bought in phase II at the Mill and they had to get the entire master bathroom shower rebuilt. In the process the cheap contractors they hired damaged more of their drywall requiring more repairs. I’m in one of their developments across town and they won’t even send anyone to inspect my drywall issues until it’s been a year. Crappy craftsmanship and they have no intention of honoring the warranty which is one of the perks they try to sell you on. They even claimed that staples sticking out of bathroom cabinets were occupant error. Go somewhere else

My wife and I spoke with Cara, from the start She was very professional and knowledgeable about the home. She also took the initiative to make sure that we didn’t have any more questions after our meeting by call me two days later. I’m a Senior Consultant that teaches customer service and professional at one of the Big communication company. Cara is by far one of the best. Great asset to Stanley Martin. Hopefully Homes come available in the community we are looking at .
