Don’t buy here unless you want a fight, my parent bought in phase II at the Mill and they had to get the entire master bathroom shower rebuilt. In the process the cheap contractors they hired damaged more of their drywall requiring more repairs. I’m in one of their developments across town and they won’t even send anyone to inspect my drywall issues until it’s been a year. Crappy craftsmanship and they have no intention of honoring the warranty which is one of the perks they try to sell you on. They even claimed that staples sticking out of bathroom cabinets were occupant error. Go somewhere else

My wife and I spoke with Cara, from the start She was very professional and knowledgeable about the home. She also took the initiative to make sure that we didn’t have any more questions after our meeting by call me two days later. I’m a Senior Consultant that teaches customer service and professional at one of the Big communication company. Cara is by far one of the best. Great asset to Stanley Martin. Hopefully Homes come available in the community we are looking at .

My experience with Stanley Martin Neighborhood Sales Manager Cara Roberson has been friendly and professional since meeting her. She shows great knowledge in her work. I do get update on the status of my new home construction via email or text in which I appreciate, I can also have my agent follow up as well when needed on clarifications., She does respond timely. The model home layout is beautiful! Thank God for giving me such a nice sales manager as this is my 1st home buying experience.
