I had a wonderful drop-in session. My back injury was accomodated and the coach was attentive of my language level (my french is okay but the Canadian french accent is hard to understand when they speak fast). The workout was challenging, a lot was packed into an hour-long session, and I got to push myself a little on my vacation. Price of a drop in is very reasonable, €17,50 converted. Very easy to book through their website.
