I had a dentist who gave me 2 options, both very costly. As a senior on a fixed income, I decided to see if there might be a 3rd option. I found it, and more at Solar Dental. I walked in and spoke with Daniella at the front desk, a very friendly lady who assured me there were other options. My first appointment to see Dr. Terris was a few days later. X-rays were taken first. Kass, who took them was friendly and professional. After an examination, Dr. Terris gave me several options, along with his suggestions as to which ones would work best for me. Less than a week later, I was back in the chair. In all honesty, I have been to a lot of dentists in my time, however I’ve never experienced a visit like this one. Dr. Terris explained everything as he went along. He told me he was going to freeze my jaw by putting a needle in the very back. He said “it’s not going to hurt, but it will be uncomfortable.” I thought to myself, yeah right! I braced myself because I’ve had these injections before, but turns out he was right. A tiny pinch, and that was it! Together with his assistant Anan, they worked on my teeth, and when the work was completed, he reviewed his work and then showed me the results….the before and after pictures. I have to say that I so pleased with everything….the work that was done, the staff, their professionalism and their ability to put you at ease, not to mention going above and beyond! Dr. Terris, you’re not good…you’re great! Best dentist I have ever been to! If anyone is looking for a better dental experience, you’ll find it here at Solar Dental in Cambridge! Very happy about my visit yesterday (it helps that no cavities were discovered!) Was seen on time and my dental hygienist, Kylie, was very kind and gentle with the X-rays and cleaning so I have requested her for my next appointment. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful whenever I have questions. I appreciate the communication from their appointment system which gives reminder emails and texts.
