Had a great experience when we purchased a car from here before. We came back and told Andrew what we wanted and what we could afford. Andrew tracked down a beautiful 2015 Chevy Malibu and had it brought to the dealership. We tested it, loved it, and purchased it. Great follow-up from Andrew. We also did a lot of research and were extremely pleased with the purchase price of the car. You do not find people in this business that are all about taking care of the customer. Thank you for the way you really took care of us.

I honestly only leave reviews for two types of experiences. The great ones and the worst ones. Brad (General Manager) and Andrew (Owner) are leading a great used auto company. Their care and attention to the needs (and desires) of the customer are top notch. I have bought somewhere in the neighborhood of 20 cars, new and used, in the last 20 years, and hands down, these guys have been one of the best experiences. I deal with the big Brand Name dealers often. And I'm not even going to say "for a small dealership", I'm saying for a great private dealership their desire to meet the customer needs are above many of the big box stores. We were cared for very well. And their drive to meet my expectations was front and center to their operation. I am often scared of these individually owned dealerships (thanks Fort Hood and Killeen), but having bought my last car at a private dealer, and now this car from Midwest City Auto, my faith is restored! If I found even the smallest thing of concern with the used vehicle I was interested in purchasing, they didn't make some "future" promise, THEY FIXED IT RIGHT THERE! Andrew and Brad (and co.) made my buying experience enjoyable. I have at least 2 more vehicles to buy in the next 2 years. And even though we have specific tastes in vehicles, Midwest City Auto will be one of the first dealerships I call. Thank you for helping me fill one of my dream car goals with a V-series Cadillac. (Hey, I wasn't going to tell you it was a dream car while we were negotiating!)

Took my 2012 Traverse to be put on diagnostics. Well that didn’t happen. Was told my motor was locked up. Well had it towed home. Replaced the starter rely fuse. It started so the motor isn’t locked up. Have no ideal what the new mechanic did to my motor. It’s never sounded like this. Will probably never know now. Dealership may be great . Repairs not so much. And yes I’m very upset. Reply to your comment sir. I stated I didn’t know what was done while my vehicle was at your shop. You told me you couldn’t put it on Diagnostics . I did not say you damaged my vehicle. I stated I didn’t know. I even told you your communication sucked. And it does. None of this matters now. You treated me and my husband like stupid people. And yes we replaced some items. Not every is mechanically stupid. I brought to you to save my husband time. All I managed to do is cause more stress. Refuse to support a business that treats their clients like we were. Waited a whole week to hear from you. Was trying to be patient. Dropped off on Wednesday evening. Waited until the following Tuesday before tried to contact you. Couldn’t contact you until late Wednesday and no one else up there knew anything 🤔 it over now. At a place who talks to the owners first. And talked to very respectful. Even told us it was good that we replaced everything we did. So have a Merry Christmas.

My experience with Andrew and the team at Midwest City Auto was superb! They really worked with me to find the right vehicle and financing that fit my needs.
