I don’t typically like to write reviews, however I feel this one is necessary. I did my first class with Karen last week and I have never felt so calm before. I then did a warm Hatha class Sunday which kicked my butt but I was greatful for it! I returned back Friday this week for Karen’s class, and let me tell you, I am happy I went! I’ve never felt so relaxed and connected to myself in the moment. I struggle with letting things go and focusing and somehow, Karen’s class left me able to do so. Such amazing people, calm and relaxing atmosphere, for me, just walking in the door relaxes me! I’d highly recommend Continuum Yoga to anyone looking. Well worth every penny.

The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. The teachers and management are all very professional and knowledgeable. In the three months I've been attending I have built a routine of 4-5 classes a week. I really enjoy yin, yin yang and restorative. I highly recommend this studio. Please support local qualified entrepreneurs in our own community!

Continuum Yoga feels like a second home. The studio is such a peaceful and welcoming space! All new and existing students are welcomed with open arms and warm hearts. As someone who was nervous about group classes before joining, I instantly felt at ease after my first class. All teachers at Continuum offer such amazing support, encouragement, and kindness regardless if you are new to yoga or more advanced in your practice. I quickly made many positive relationships with both teachers and fellow students. The Studio offers a variety of classes that are accessible for all ages, and abilities. It is always a highlight of my week to attend classes at Continuum. I am so glad that we have a place like Continuum as part of our community in Beaverton!
