Full morning/afternoon/evening class schedule Wide variety of classes offered. Hot room available. Fantastic teachers that guide you through the practice and offer suggestions for movement based on any level. Nook hosts community events, and has special pricing for members. Fabulous studio... I can't say enough!

I completed a hot yoga class here and it was amazing. My body needed this. Very grateful for the instructor and her 4:30 class on Monday. I found the place inspiring, clam and fresh. I’m coming back for sure. Just a wonderful place to stretch out your mind, and body.

I went for a trial hot yoga class with my daughter and had such a wonderful experience! It was my first time trying hot yoga and I absolutely loved it. The instructor was so kind and welcoming, he even provided a mat for my daughter since we only had one with us. I also appreciated how he gently corrected my posture during class, which made me feel supported and comfortable as a beginner. The atmosphere was friendly and encouraging, and overall it was such a positive experience. I’m really looking forward to coming back!

Nook is a yoga studio like no other! The moment you walk in you feel the warm welcoming atmosphere. There are a variety of classes to suit every need. The baby yoga classes were an essential part of my post partum journey. The classes were paced perfectly, and all instructors were so helpful and understanding. It was so nice to meet other moms and connect over yoga in such a great space. They also have this amazing life with baby class!! Life with baby gave me so many opportunities to learn from guest speakers, share my journey in a save space, and do fun activities with my baby!! I made some incredible friends and memories that will last a life time!! I can not recommend Nook enough especially the baby yoga classes!
