I reported a serious incident with my neighbour, backed up with videos, written details, and they did absolutely nothing. All I asked was for them to move the neighbour’s reserved parking spot, which is directly in front of my house a simple action that could prevent further conflict. Instead, they brushed it off and told me to “go to the police” while refusing to get involved. They also dismissed the fact that my front door was scratched and damaged after the encounter, saying I didn’t send a “before photo.” How are residents supposed to provide a before photo of their own front door when they never expected to be harassed in the first place? This entire situation has been handled with complete negligence and lack of empathy. I’ve sent detailed videos and written reports showing what happened, and they still didn’t follow up or take action. Converge Condo Management has made me feel unsafe in my own home. If you value your peace, privacy, or safety, please think twice before living in a property managed by them.

Converge Condo Management is managing the Park Place Meadows in a quite satisfactory manner. Particularly regular maintenance of building is done in a better way and essential/emergency repairs are done in timely manner. The task of coordination with unit owners and resolving issues of owners and occupants is very much improved since Mauryn Laslo joined as new Condo Manager. She took quick attention to my request and discussed in detail the issue with the Condo Board. She resolved the issue and relieved me out of my much stress that I was facing for last 4 months. My lot of thanks to condo manager Mauryn Laslo.
