Had an appointment for a physical exam set up for 3:20. The exam is for my job. I leave work to get the physical. I arrive 15mins early. There was one person ahead of me. I get called to the back about 3:30. The Dr. saw the guy that was ahead of me. The guy ahead of me comes out the office and 4:00 rolls around everybody is leaving because they close at 4:00. I still wasn’t seen. 30 more minutes pass making it a whole hour AFTER my appointment time and I still haven’t been told anything or been seen. I eventually leave because I was on the clock still and I had to get back because I had been gone over an hour. I order my Uber and it wasn’t until I walk out the door when they come trying to plead and make excuses about why I haven’t seen the doctor an hour past my interview. I got taken off the schedule today as a result. Here’s the kicker, I called to try to get a quick reschedule they put down that I was a No Show AND CHARGED MY INSURANCE CARD!! So how was I a no show when I clearly had to sign in AND they charged my insurance card?? I’ve been to some unprofessional establishments but this one takes the cake. If I could give them NEGATIVE stars, I would.

The African nurse was rude ill mannered and didn’t have an ounce of care nor sympathy for me being ill. But the front desk clerk was very nice and I’ll make sure to tell everyone How nasty that nurse was. And had the nerve to be dressed in Christmas attire

The staff are very welcoming and I absolutely love doctor walter-burner she breaks down everything and make sure I was comfortable. Also she was extremely patient, gentle and kind with my babies. Thank you!

My mom moved here from out of state and she didn’t have insurance. We took her to this clinic and they seen her right away. The staff was nice and professional the whole time we were there. We have since straightened out the insurance. My mom being a Senor Citizen said she will keep going to the clinic. She said they always make her feel welcome anytime she has been there. I have personally been to other clinics and this one is the best one yet in the area. Highly recommend
