Very disappointed with the service. They promise response within 48 hours, but it is not true. I called Saturday morning before 9 am and registered a service request. Nobody showed up, nobody called and I kept calling their line on Monday (after the 48 hours) and every time someone answered they promised the maintenance team will call soon and will come, but same story nobody came and nobody called!!!! I will never buy O General agin.
