The team was friendly, helpful, and very professional every step of the way. The air conditioning units look modern and stylish, and they work quietly and efficiently. What really impressed me was that the owner of the company came to our home to check everything in person. He helped decide exactly where to place the units so they would blend in with the room and not stand out. His advice made a big difference, and the end result looks fantastic. The team did a careful and tidy job with the installation. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about getting everything just right. Even after the job was done, they made sure we were happy and knew how to use the system properly. The price is extremely competitive, especially considering the time, effort, and attention to detail that went into the whole process when installing AC in all the rooms in my house. Its quite rare to see such good level of professionalism and responsiveness with UK firms installing home equipment. CoolYou stands out in this respect, with everything being quick, professional and efficient. Installed one big conditioner a year ago, which proved to work well so recently added another 2 smaller ones. Then asked to make the latter two more silent so easy to sleep with them turned on, and the next day (a very eager and knowledgeable, as well as quite funny) engineer came and made this for free! So really very responsive and a pleasure to deal with (and conditioners are working well!).

Amazing job! I'm very pleased with our AC. The installation team did a great job. It looks neat and works really well. I highly recommend this company if you want to be ready for summer! Still need to cover the condenser, but it looks lovely already.
