We have had our unit for a number of years, the unit itself is fantastic and provides excellent cooling for the apartment. The follow up service and support provided by Cool You has always been prompt and the company is very easy to deal with.
Its quite rare to see such good level of professionalism and responsiveness with UK firms installing home equipment. CoolYou stands out in this respect, with everything being quick, professional and efficient. Installed one big conditioner a year ago, which proved to work well so recently added another 2 smaller ones. Then asked to make the latter two more silent so easy to sleep with them turned on, and the next day (a very eager and knowledgeable, as well as quite funny) engineer came and made this for free! So really very responsive and a pleasure to deal with (and conditioners are working well!).
