got into a small accident, I spoke to different employees and they all told me different things. I was told that I had my 1 time accident forgiveness by 1 employee and that my yearly policy price would not go up. I spoke to another employee that told me that since I have multiple products with them, (house, 2 cars, camper, and business) that my policy would not go up and that I could fix my car after paying my deductible without policy increase. I got my ploicy renewal a while back and my insurance doubled. when trying to talk to them and have it fixed, they would not help me. very unprofessional.

The staff at the Co-operators Shediac are are very nice n helpful they do what they can to help.One of the insurance brokers France found me house insurance 1/2 the price of what I was paying. I highly recommend them for all your insurance needs.
