Loyal clients for 16 years. All of a sudden a 66% hike in our home insurance with no explanation. When we tried to communicate we had to chase after them, they wouldn’t return emails and calls. We finally just pulled all three insurances from them and the only email we received was “please sign here to release your policies”. Terrible service, would not recommend.
