Initially I 1 star reviewed because of the occurancies that lead up to move in. Now that Ive been renting through Copper Key for a few months I would like to improve my rating as since we have moved in all matters have been taken care of with open and clear communication… IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER!!! Maintenance has now been done 3 times, all occasions a solution was reached within 24 hours. Only thing keeping this review from 5 stars is OUR SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE, that I dont feel would happen very oftenly. Office staffing is very professional and polite, overall satisfied with the home the home owner/management provide to my family and I. In attached photo, a tree branch from neighboring property was falling into our property, and was removed within 24 hours of the request!!! Phenomenal service
