This place is the dream of anyone wondering where or how to find an honest, reliable and trustworthy auto mechanic. The level of knowledge they have is impressive, considering my car is nearly 25 years old. They knew exactly how to quickly and expertly diagnose and repair what I needed done. They even gave me advice on how to fix another issue I'd been working on for weeks. I cannot say enough good things about Pawlik, and I will certainly be taking all my family's cars there when they need servicing, as well as telling anyone else who will listen.

I brought in my 2005 RAV4 (which I disclosed burns oil) for three issues: high idling in Park, occasional stalling on cold starts, and a strong fuel-rich exhaust smell that seeps into the cabin. Before authorizing work, I asked by phone how confident the shop was that replacing the MAF would solve these problems. I was told it was “highly likely,” which led me to proceed with the MAF replacement (about $900 total incl. inspection). After the repair, the fuel smell persisted. I was then told the smell may be due to the engine burning oil, which I had mentioned at drop-off. I was also advised to try a ring-seal repair product; I did, but the smell remains. Staff were courteous and the process was straightforward, but I left feeling the initial confidence in the diagnosis was overstated and that expectations could have been managed better. I would have appreciated a more cautious assessment up front, and clearer discussion of alternate causes.

Honest mechanics with great customer service. I brought my car in after taking it to a dealer and not getting any answers after multiple hours billed. Instead the guys at Pawlik game me the complete diagnostic breakdown and advise on options after 1 hour. Completely transparent and honest about where I stood with the vehicle.

Excellent customer service. I had an overall inspection done, knowing that I needed a few things done to my car. The communication was excellent, outlining exactly what was needed and what the cost would be. Very clear, professional, and pleasant experience with the staff. The work was done in a timely matter and I'm very pleased to have gotten it done. I'll be back. Nice to have a mechanic you can trust....
