My husband and I purchased our wedding bands here. I got one with about 20 small diamonds across the top. Just after having it for a year (which it sat in a jewelry box for 6 months until we got married), I lost my first diamond. They told me my ring was not under any warranty and told me it would be around $200 to fix it but that they wouldn't have an exact price until after it was fixed. I was pretty upset that this had happened and now they wanted 1/4 of the price we had originally paid for the ring, to replace 1 diamond. I decided because it was one of the last diamonds, it's not THAT visible and that I would just leave it. Less then a year later, I lost a second diamond. Again, it was an end diamond so not that noticeable and again I left it. Clearly this was a bad idea because I have now lost a 3rd diamond in less then 5 years.
