Cornwall Sleep Dentistry for Kids

My 5 year old recently went in for a surgery, they had to extract one of her loose teeth in the process & agreed to give it to us to take home (for tooth fairy purposes) after carrying my crying child freshly awoken down two flights of stairs I realized they didn’t give it to me, immediately called them from the parking lot, left a voicemail assuming they were busy but told them I would be back the next day to pick it up. After MULTIPLE attempts to reach out they finally call back 3 days later and told me they can’t find it. So unprofessional. Especially considering I told them she lost her first tooth at school so it was important to her to have one to put under her pillow. I’m beyond upset, how do you “lose” that?

Will never be back. There was literally cockroaches crawling around the waiting room while waiting for my kid to be finished 🤢 Not only that but they are super unprofessional and incredibly hard to get ahold of.

First experience & last - much would I say it’s ghetto and the workers don’t wear scrubs just their regular everyday clothes. Doesn’t look sanitary, assistants seem to really not know what they’re doing, the head dentist seems super rude - didn’t even give my niece a retainer after her braces were off. Says we missed appointments but they never call back nor respond back - nieces braces broke a few times. Do not recommend at all
