Just called Tom this morning with a leak under the sink. He arrived within 2 hours, soon established the fault which will require a more permanent fix after Christmas but left us with a temporary fix which allows us use of the sink over Christmas. Very efficient , obliging. and clean. Will definitely be using Tom again.

Highly recommended. We have struggled in recent times to find a reliable plumber in the Evesham area who didn't have a 6 month long waiting list!! so we had to look slightly further afield to Pershore to see if a plumber there covered Evesham. Very happy to say that they did. Extremely helpful. Answered calls promptly and gave a really good sense of keen for the work and keen to do a really good job. Turned up on time and quality of work very good (better than the previous plumber we used) and very fair and reasonable bill. Would highly recommend and will use again. Thanks for all your help.

called Tom out to sort a small leak coming from the downstairs loo. ended up removing it and sorting out the previous plumbers handy work! put it all back and it now flushes better than before. he also replaced a part in the upstairs loo that was causing water to leak down the back of the cistern so now we can use that again. very polite and good communication, wouldn't hesitate to recommend. credit to the trade and is now in my contacts and will be the go to for any future work. 👍
