My husband sees Dr. Carolina Zuluaga, and she's incredible. She has helped him tremendously in the last 14 months he's been seeing her. We have gone to a few sessions together so I have met her too, and think the world of her. She's very smart, knowledgeable, compassionate, insightful, timely and professional. I have been treated by Dr Castro since 2019. He is Compassionate, Very Knowlegable and Professional. I also know Dr Mott who is also a Excellent Psych-D. Patti is also excellent and very helpful. The Office is Warm and Relaxing. You feel comfortable and confident in their care. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. Thankful to have found them.

I have never had counseling or seen a therapist in the past. Dr. Alyssa is the first counselor/psychologist I have ever had. I have only been seeing her for a couple of months and I find it helps knowing she is there to listen to anything I have to say with an open mind. She helps me through my whirlwind of thoughts and has provided me with mental exercises to learn about myself and shared valuable coping skills. The office is cozy and feels comfortable. If it’s your first time seeing a counselor/psychologist, the first visit may feel uncomfortable or strange and that’s ok. Just give it some time and it will get easier as you build a relationship with your doctor. If you are a caregiver or suffer from anxiety, I highly recommend Dr. Alyssa.
