Terrible experience. My psychiatrist literally only spent 5 minutes on each appointment with my and basically used me as a guinea pig to try 4 different medications and when I said I wanted to take a break from meds she tried a fifth medication. She was very judgmental of my past history and did not seem to care about me as a human being, just as a way to collect the billing. She was often late to our appointments as well and many of our conversations were less than 2 minutes long. Waste of money. Also their cancellation policy is $100 for 48 BUSINESS hours. ie. if you cancel a Monday appointment on a Friday, they will try to stick you. They tried to stick me depsite my needing to cancel due to my dad being on life support (an actual emergency). The provider "made an exception" but I don't agree with this policy; it's basically designed to worsen your mental health, ironically. This company is a giant corporation also, so no surprises on the lack of ethics & standards on how they operate. Go somewhere else.

Would give a 0 if I could. I implore you to go elsewhere. You cannot do scheduling online, cannot reach your doctor except via portal, and cannot reach a person over the phone. The ai voice on the phone will tell you to go online for faster booking. So you hang up the phone and go on the patient portal, but you can’t actually make an appointment. You spend at least 5 min clicking every tab you can to be sure. Finally you give up and call again. You make it through the excessively long ai automated system, roll you eyes when it tells you to book online, and keep holding because you have faith in the world. Five minutes pass, and the ai voice comes back to let you know that for faster scheduling, it can transfer you to another location if you press one. You press one, and wait another 5 min to talk to a human. They tell you they don’t have access to book at another location. You think to yourself how weird this is, since all your appointments are virtual. They kick you back to your original hold. You’ve wasted 20 min of your life so far, and the ai voice keeps reminding you Lifestance values your time. They don’t, or they would have the budget to fund online booking or fully staffed operating systems. You keep waiting, questioning the very fabric of reality. It’s enough to make anyone with a mental health struggle worse. Guess they don’t care if you’ll run out of meds. I’m currently THIRTY THREE MINUTES on hold with mister AI and no end in sight. An experience bad enough to make me go literally anywhere else.

I’m scared of even reviewing at this point. When I posted about my experience on social media I was put basically on a black list where they will no longer prescribe my meds. This was after I ousted them for assigning me 2 nurse practitioners to act as one psychiatrist. The main NP Laura Velli was prescribing me medications one being a controlled substance without ever seeing me once or appearing on camera herself during telehealths. Now I’m being treated like I did something wrong. When I’ve been a victim of Malpractice for the last 5 months. This group has privatized as of 2023 and is owned by three massive biotech and pharmaceutical companies. If you’re looking for real care this is not the place to go

Hi my name is Danielle A. I would like to say from the time I signed up for life stance therapy Till now it’s been a wonderful experience from working with Julian Cesborn to My psychiatrist, Laura Velli Have really helped me understand life more and to know that there are people who really do understand. Julian taught me different exercises and my psychiatrist. When we talk she let me vent and feedback on different things so it is a wonderful experience to the point I already referred two people to them thank you
