The charges for its services are also reasonable and pocket friendly, when compared to that of its competitors. Best of all, its customer care is top-notch. The reasons they give for delays change each time we contact them, in contacting the air freight service they use, their excuses appear questionable. I have been fortunate as I was planning to use this service for my business dealings, not anymore. Ww have not had a good experience, no transparency, no explanations when there are problems and plenty of obfuscation, for this reason, I would advise against using this business.
