I have used the services of County Cargo on many occasions to move my goods from the UK to Lagos and Abuja, in Nigeria. The company is quite reliable - I have not experienced any reasonable delays and/or damages in the course of using its services. The charges for its services are also reasonable and pocket friendly, when compared to that of its competitors. Best of all, its customer care is top-notch. I am happy to use County Cargo for my shipment, and I hope that the Company will continue to maintain these high standards, going forward.
Service has drastically deteriorated, and is unreliable, I would NOT recommend. Items have not been sent within the timeframe despite items now being with the business for almost 4 weeks. The reasons they give for delays change each time we contact them, in contacting the air freight service they use, their excuses appear questionable. I have been fortunate as I was planning to use this service for my business dealings, not anymore. Ww have not had a good experience, no transparency, no explanations when there are problems and plenty of obfuscation, for this reason, I would advise against using this business.
