We brought our daughter to see Dr. Armstrong, she is recovering from a concussion and sore neck. Dr. Armstrong was amazing, he spent soo much time testing her for signs of concussion, asking question, explaining, and treating her neck. I’ve had 3 appointments with Dr Sarah Baxter and I’m so impressed. I always move much better than when I arrived. She gets into the deep issues I’m not even aware of. My visits include active muscle release, isometrics, sometimes acupuncture, Graston Technique, cupping and electrotherapy. Oh and I have an adjustment too. I’m sure there is more to come. Today I’m walking on a cloud as I left. The clinic has some free parking upfront and also free parking close by. Form Health is a welcome addition to my self care.
