After having spent two weeks in the hospital, my father’s prescription was faxed to this pharmacy. I arrived yesterday to pick it up and firstly, I only gave my father’s name, the pharmacist didn’t even ask for my name or ID. Then after dropping them off, my sister called to let me know there was supposed to be seven prescriptions. So I called back today to see if the rest were ready, only to find out the pharmacist gave us someone else’s medication. Such a gross dispensing error that had the potential to cause serious harm.
