Received a response from Lois the next day I believe, told me to send an email with info and pictures to James. Has been a week and no response! Went with another electric company and they already got the job done. This is not how business should be done by not responding to potential customers! Updated: Then that should be explained to the potential customer by the person that gave the initial instructions by text or automatic reply when email sent with all information requested. This would avoid a potential customer thinking they are being ignored and a bad review for your company!
