CPR Cell Phone Repair Beaufort

Both Noah and Grayson at the Burton Hill branch were great to assist me with basic android info (as I needed a new phone) then transferring data from old to new phone. I'm older, and although previously I would do my own data transferring, and installation of the optional apps I'd want, it had been 6 years since I had last done this exercise, and my confidence with the newer technology was more anxiety than confident! Hence, I relied on them to inform and implement what I was not confident to do. Their customer service, and patience was confident building for me. I would not hesitate to use them if in need of repair or assistance in the future. The owner of the company should be most proud to have such good customer service employees, as in this day and age, it is so very hard to find! Thank you again for your stellar presence.

My phone was full of viruses and Noah @ CPR in Beaufort was very patient and cleared my phone of the viruses while showing me how installing some questionable apps was my issue. Very knowledgeable & helpful to those of us who are not tech savvy. I recommend them highly!
