Went in for battery not charging. They charged $30 to clean the port and said it was good went to the car it would not charge. Went back inside they said it needed a new port and battery. It would be $130. They would order the part. When back on said day and they said I am sorry but we already sold your parts we will have to reorder and they will be in next week. I simply told them no thanks.
Dropped my phone off on 3/5/24 to have the battery replaced and the guy did an amazing job! He said that my phone frame was broke and when he would go put the screen back on it could crack! But he did very well with it and it didn’t crack!! Also he’s very reasonable!! I highly recommend him!!
On point customer service…I’ve had 15 phones , iPads and computers fixed with these guys. They’ve always done an amazing job. I’ve used them since they were in their old location in loganville. I mostly appreciate how prompt they are on getting my things fixed and going above and beyond. This kind of customer service I thought was a thing of the past. GREAT JOB GUYS 👏👏👏 keep up the good work because I’ll still be jacking up my phones in some new way it seems!🤣 HAPPY SATISFIED CUSTOMER
