I was a skeptic, NOW I am a believer. Thank you so much, Anne T. and your staff for your patience, guidance and healing hands. As you already know, my shoulder is doing much better and I am convinced that Cranbrook Physical Therapy helped me get to where I am today. I have continued my strengthening exercises at home to maintain the progress that I made at your facility. Thanks to all! I appreciate all of your efforts and will always recommend you to others! Always! JEFF S.

The staff at Cranbrook Physical therapy are outstanding. They are knowledgeable and caring guides on your path towards healing. I feel so fortunate to have received a referral to them from my physician and highly recommend you try them and trust them with your recovery!

Top notch PT. The best in the area. Alissa is fantastic. She takes the time to understand your issues, and develops a plan. So many PT facilities farm off work to technicians. Not the case with Cranbrook. They are hands on, have relieved my pain and are completely invested in my well being. Can't say enough good things about Cranbrook, the staff and specifically Alissa. Really, truly she is the best!

In my former life I had Broken knees, shoulders, clavicles and gained much experience with better and lesser PTs. Recently, and as a consequence of yet another cycling accident I had been looking for a PT and received the recommendation for Cranbrook, where I started to receive treatment by Alissa in the recovery after a fairly complicated femur fracture. With competence, I can state that Alissa is the Best, who I’ve ever met to help me back on my feet. She is extremely knowledgeable as it relates to injuries and impact on the entire body, muscles, skeleton and nerves. She is thorough in her analysis of and advise for active and passive exercises. She is 100% present, observant and direct in giving instructions and recommendations. At the same time can she be funny and joking, making it often possible to perform agonizing exercises with a smile on the face. To sum it up: Alissa cares about her patients. It is worthwhile and important to mention, that the entire environment and team at Cranbrook PT emits the same spirit and culture. I personally enjoy the environment (and stationary bicycle) very much. I thank Chuck for the recommendation and Alissa and the entire Cranbrook team for their support and help.
