Sat in the shop for 15 minutes on a sofa we were keen to purchase. The entire team stood at the front of the store talking and didn’t acknowledge us. Very strange selling technique. I’m all for leaving customers to shop around themselves but this was rather odd. Will take our purchase elsewhere.
