They sent only partial bill instead of whole bill. Whole bill didn't get sent until 3 months later. They want to charge me for radiology and get charged again for radiology through another company. I'm not getting double charged for it. Everyone I've talked to says this hospital is a joke. Now I understand why.

They do not care what you have to say about your own background. They do not care about the lab results in their charts. They only care about their judgement and drama. They have signs posted that state you cannot record staff. How many horrible instances do you think got recored before that sign went in every clinic room?? There are few doctors and nurses here that do care. I do not mean all of them, but it's like playing Russian Roulette with your health.

My mom went into the emergency room a few nights ago. Dr. Kyle brown has TERRIBLE bedside manner. She was treated like just another $$$$. They told her what was off and just sent her on her way with ZERO answers. 10/10 DO NOT recommend this hospital if you’re in need of any sort of help.

Julie Graeve...where do I start...she saved my life and not metaphorically either. In 2022 I was dealing with some crazy symptoms and one of them was shaking and another was anger/frustration. I took it out on her thinking I wasn't being taken seriously, when in fact the diagnosis I got is not a cut and dry easy diagnosis...Thyrotoxicosis and Graves disease. I want to apologize to Julie Graevr and also would recommend her to literally everyone. She truly listens, cares and is the warmest most understanding Doctors I've ever had and I'm so blessed to have her provide the care I need. CCMH also has a Nurse named Spring who, hands down is the most amazing person I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Both of these women are an absolute asset to not only the hospital, but our community. Thank you for all you do and for making me feel heard as well as ensuring I'm still here for my family❤️🥰❤️
