Recently we hired CRC Movers to move my parents from their house into a retirement home. The whole process could not have been better. From the start to the finish CRC did a fantastic job. When I first called and spoke with Brianna she was very pleasant and answered all my questions. After checking around with a few other companies I came back to CRC because of Brianna and her helpfulness and straightforward responses. The whole booking process was very simple and easy. The day of the move I received a text about 1/2 hr before the start time stating that they were on their way. The team arrived promptly and after a quick walk around showing what was to be moved, they started working. They worked non stop and took excellent care of everything, including wrapping all the furniture in moving pads. During the move in process they put everything exactly where we wanted and even helped move some things around at the end. A little over halfway through the move in the elevator broke but they just continued moving using the stairs. I was very impressed. The final part of receiving the invoice was straightforward and was exactly what was quoted. Payment was so simple. I would highly recommend CRC.

CRC deserves the True 5 stars. We booked them for a move. The young man who showed up to give us a quote was friendly, on time, and respectful. Communication with them was always prompt, and there was full transparency throughout. The whole team of movers did an excellent job and even moved a stand-up piano 🎹 without issue. I would highly recommend them. Incredible job packing up a custom-built picnic table and BBQs. Everything arrived intact, and they even went above and beyond to remove a couch for us from a tight basement.
