They were so friendly and patient, and helped make the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. It’s rare to find such genuinely helpful and enthusiastic staff. I had one of the worst retail experiences ever with Office. I ordered a pair of Dr Martens ZebZag mules online which didn’t fit, so I went into the Brighton store to exchange them. The original colour wasn’t in stock, so I accepted another size and colour. Fine — until 20 minutes after wearing them outside when the strap snapped. When I went back to the store to return them, I was told I couldn’t — because I didn’t have a receipt. I was never given an exchange receipt. Customer service told me they could track exchanges electronically and asked for the date/time and order info, which I provided. Since then? Radio silence. I’ve emailed multiple times following up — nothing. Now I’m £110 down with a faulty pair of shoes I can’t wear and a company that won’t respond. It’s clear they’re happy to take your money but vanish the moment something goes wrong. I expected more from a national retailer — this is a disgrace.

Felt sorry for the staff they were great but completely flustered due to how busy the store was . Shop was so busy and only 2 people working. Wait time 20 mins to get a pair of shoes to try on. Looks like the company is making cuts which unfortunately means slow service in store. Won’t be going back

Ordered a pair of £85 shoes online that turned out to be faulty. Was told I could either send them off for evaluation or go into my nearest store. Wanting the situation to be dealt with promptly as I’m leaving the country very soon, I headed to the Brighton store, only to be told my situation could not be resolved on the day and the procedure was shoes had to be sent off for assessment. I was told by the young man at the counter this would absolutely take no longer than two weeks. It has now been almost a month. I have called and spoken to the store multiple times now, was told someone would call me back with a solution on Friday. Nobody did. Called on Saturday, was again told I would get a call back. Shock - nobody did. Still waiting for my money back. To go through all of this stress when I was the one given faulty shoes is insane.
