WARNING - This site is a complete sham for online buyers, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. If I could give this site zero I would but had to give 1 star, very reluctantly, in order to post this message. I ordered on line more than 2 months ago, admittedly I am in Australia, but gave plenty of time for delivery. No response to emails or phone calls. Took my money straight away, provided a receipt, looks legitimate, but these people are not honest by any stretch of the imagination.

My review is based on visiting the shop - it seems from other reviews that the online system isn't working but I can't comment on that. Liked: The shop keepers were really friendly and the store had a cozy feel. Prices were insanely low, with lots of yarns in the £1-3 range and I didn't see any two-digit price tags. In addition to yarn, they sell various sewing and knitting supplies and school uniforms. Disliked: For a shop with so much yarn in stock, I was surprised to find almost all of it was acrylic in DK weight or thicker. I use merino blend sock yarn for most of my knitting and was disappointed to find nothing I liked in the shop. Would love to see more wool and a few options on the premium end of things. Summary: If you're a prolific knitter on a budget, you'll love this store for the value and colour range of acrylic yarns. Great for parents to get school uniform and yarn for easy-care kids garments. If you're the type to spend a month knitting a really nice one-skein project in a premium yarn, you won't find it here. Similarly if you have a problem with synthetic fabric it's not the place for you.

Placed an order 11th April have tried phoning and emailing no response did send a message on messenger replied once but nothing since am now waiting to see if they give me my money back if not I will take it further

Really disappointing service, order placed almost 2 weeks ago, no wool delivered. Tried phoning but no answer tried messaging but no response. Will be seeking a refund
