We are beyond grateful for Mailyse—she was truly the anchor that kept our entire planning process calm, organized, and stress-free. From the very beginning, she brought a sense of clarity and confidence to every decision, and her professionalism and experience showed in everything she did. One of the biggest highlights was how she stepped in to help navigate a stressful situation with our florist, who was hesitant to break things down or transfer floral items. She handled the communication with such ease, efficiency, and grace that it completely lifted the weight off our shoulders. My husband and I planned a very big wedding in a very short time frame. It was not an easy feat at all, and Mailyse did a phenomenal job. She was a God sent! We took a chance on her as ours was the first wedding she had planned in Charleston (even though she had extensive wedding planning experience in the Northeast). She planned the most incredible, detail oriented wedding. I had so many compliments on how well the wedding was planned and that people were impressed by how well we paid attention to every little detail. Mailyse’s attention to detail and organization was admirable. I trusted her suggestions with every decision from design to budget to everything in between. When I spilled steak sauce all over my dress, Mailyse was there in a second with fabric wipes. When I started to feel indigestion after dinner, Mailyse had tums ready for me. When one of my bridesmaids dresses didn’t fit the morning of the wedding, Mailyse was there to offer a creative solution. She paid attention to everything that was important to my husband and I, like making sure we maximized our time on the dance floor. She structured our wedding day schedule to accommodate our wishes and found flexible ways to do that when the dinner came out slower than we had anticipated. Our wedding was the best day of my life and there’s no way I could have made that happen without Mailyse! I would recommend her to anyone with glowing reviews.
